Sàn Art was established as an independent space run by artists. In Vietnam, where there is no government funding for independent organizations and limited financial support, generous donations and fundraising initiatives have kept Sàn Art afloat for more than 15 years. We would like to thank the following individuals and organizations who have supported us along the way, which has helped us build and provide a solid foundation for artistic experiments to this day.

In fulfilling our mission to support local artists and their practice, and to sustain the foundation for contemporary art in Vietnam, Sàn Art depends on the generosity of our community. Funds are used for programmes and translation, artist support, exhibitions and printing, residencies such as Sàn Art Studio, among other needs.
If you are like what we’re doing and would like to donate, inquire about a work you would like to collect, or send us a book for our free reading room, please send us a note using the form in the next column. We will be in touch soon!
