Ly Hoàng Ly (b. 1975 Hanoi, Vietnam) is a visual artist, poet, and editor based in Ho Chi Minh City. She graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts in 1999. She received a Fulbright Scholarship and pursued her MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), majoring in Sculpture in 2013.
